  • 6 small squash
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can pineapple
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 4 egg whites

Directions

    Boil squash until tender.

    Cream margarine; add to squash. Beat egg yolks with sugar until creamy; add to squash and beat again.

    Add vanilla, pineapple and flour and blend well.

    Bake at 375° until brown.

    Beat egg whites, put on top of squash mixture and brown in oven.
