Squash "Souffle"

  • 2 c. cooked yellow squash
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 carton sour cream
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herbed crumbs

Directions

    Melt 1/2 stick of butter in casserole dish.

    Sprinkle with heavy layer of Pepperidge Farm herbed crumbs.

    Alternate layers of squash mixture and crumbs, ending with crumbs.

    Dot with butter. May be refrigerated until needed.

    Bake 20 minutes at 350°.

    Bake 35 minutes, if refrigerated.
