- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 1/2 c. mashed squash
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 small jar chopped pimento
- 1 Tbsp. minced dried onion
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. scalded milk
- dash of red pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook squash in small amount of water and mash.

2Mix together all ingredients except milk.

3Heat milk to boiling point.

4Add mixture.

5Put in greased casserole and bake at 375° for 45 minutes in deep dish.
