  • 7 Tbsp. butter
  • 7 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 2 c. cooked, mashed squash
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions

    Melt butter. Add flour and mix well. Add eggs and milk.

    Cook until thick. Add squash and cheese.

    Put in casserole dish lined with bread crumbs. Cover and bake for 25 to 35 minutes at 400° or until brown.
