  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. cooked yellow squash, well drained, then mashed
  • 1 raw carrot
  • butter
  • Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing

Directions

    Mix the first 4 ingredients together.

    Spray a loaf pan or dish with Pam.

    Sprinkle a layer of Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing on the bottom of the pan.

    Add squash mixture, then cover with another layer of Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing.

    Dot the top of the casserole generously with butter.
  6. 6
    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
