- 5 squash, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- salt and pepper to taste
- Lawry's garlic salt
- butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. uncooked rice
- shredded mild Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Mix squash, tomatoes and seasoning.

2Bake in 350° oven, covered, for approximately 1 hour.

3Remove from oven.

4Sprinkle with cheese.

5Replace cover; let stand for approximately 5 minutes before serving, until cheese melts.
