  • 5 squash, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Lawry's garlic salt
  • butter or margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. uncooked rice
  • shredded mild Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix squash, tomatoes and seasoning.

    Bake in 350° oven, covered, for approximately 1 hour.

    Remove from oven.

    Sprinkle with cheese.

    Replace cover; let stand for approximately 5 minutes before serving, until cheese melts.
