  • 1 can Treet or Spam luncheon meat, cubed
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 3 eggs (or egg substitute), beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. snipped chives

Directions

    In a skillet, brown the luncheon meat and onion.

    Add the corn and cook until bubbly.

    Add the eggs and turn the heat down to low.

    Stir occasionally until eggs are set.
