Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Pork
  • 1 pound Ground Turkey
  • 2 whole Eggs, Beaten
  • 3/4 cups Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 whole Onion, Chopped
  • 4 whole Green Onions, Chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 13 cups Sriracha (adjust To Your Heat Preference)
  • 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • Canola Oil, For Cooking Meatballs

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Combine all ingredients, mixing well but not over mixing.

    From into small meatballs (makes approximately 40 depending on size).

    Heat canola oil in a pan over medium high heat on stovetop.

    Cook meatballs in the pan until just browned.

    Bake in the preheated oven about 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
