- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can French fried onion rings
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 (10 count) cans biscuits
- 1 tsp. celery seed
Directions

1Brown ground beef and drain.

2Mix beef, mushrooms and two-thirds of onion in 2-quart casserole dish.

3Heat soup.

4Stir in 1/2 cup sour cream.

5Pour over meat.

6Cut biscuits in half. Arrange cut side down around edge.

7Add remaining onion in center. Mix remaining sour cream, egg, celery seed and salt.

8Pour this over biscuits.

9Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
