Ingredients
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (4 oz.) can chilies, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. ground beef
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 8 (6-inch) tortillas
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. cheese
- 1/2 c. sliced olives
Directions

1Brown beef with onion; blend in flour and milk.

2Stir and add chilies and salt.

3Stir constantly and add tomatoes.

4Keep warm. In separate skillet, heat oil; dip tortillas one by one in oil and drain on paper towels.

5Place a hot tortilla in a 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan; top with 1/4 cup beef and 2 tablespoons cheese.

6Layer remaining tortillas and mixture to make a stack.

7Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
