Ingredients
- 1/2 or 3/4 lb. hamburger meat
- 3 Tbsp. chili powder
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- Colby or Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 large onion, chopped
- corn tortillas
- 4 or 5 c. water
- lettuce, chopped
- tomatoes, chopped
Directions

1Brown hamburger meat; sprinkle with garlic powder and cumin. Add chili powder and flour; make paste.

2Add water; cook until it starts thickening like a thin gravy.

3Take tortilla and dip in mixture to soften.

4Put on plate.

5Add a little of the meat mixture if enough doesn't stick to tortilla.

6Sprinkle with some onion and cheese.

7Repeat as many as you can eat (3 or 4 high).

8Top with chopped lettuce and tomatoes.
