  • 1 loaf bread (4 or 5 days old)
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 c. shredded coconut

Directions

    Cut slices of bread in fine strips.

    Dip strips into condensed milk.

    Drain and roll in shredded coconut.

    Place on greased cookie sheet.

    Bake in oven at 350° for 30 minutes or until browned.
