  • 2 tbsp Sake
  • 1 tbsp Garlic (grated or in a tube )
  • 3 tablespoons~ Katakuriko

Directions

    Place the sliced chicken and ingredients marked with in a plastic bag, gently massage, and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

    Add the katakuriko and mix together, then deep fry in oil at 180C until crisp.
