  • 2 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • lemon juice (few drops)
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

    Thaw berries, drain, and reserve juice.

    Mix juice with dry ingredients; cook until thickened and clear.

    Add berries, lemon juice, butter.

    Pour into 9-inch unbaked shell.

    Seal top crust and cut steam vents.

    Bake at 425° for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350° and make 30 minutes more or until crust is golden brown.
