- 1 1/2 lb. tenderized round steak
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms (save liquid)
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 3 c. hot cooked rice
Directions

1Cut steak into 6 pieces.

2Place in buttered baking dish and sprinkle with onion soup mix.

3Add mushrooms.

4Blend mushroom soup and liquid from sliced mushrooms.

5Pour over steak; cover and bake at 450° for 15 minutes.

6Reduce heat to 350° and continue baking for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

7Serve over hot fluffy rice.
