  • 4 steaks rump, 600g
  • 4 Hellmann''s Light Mayonnaise dollops*
  • 1 French stick
  • 1 bag rocket
  • 2 red onions
  • 1 tablespoon Colman's English mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • pepper

Directions

    Place the steaks in a shallow dish and brush with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Season with pepper.

    In a frying pan, fry the onions with the rest of the olive oil for 5 to 8 minutes or until caramelised, add the balsamic vinegar and cook for another minute.

    In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and English mustard.

    Preheat a griddle pan or a BBQ. Grill the steaks for 1 to 2 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking.

    Cut each steak into strips and divide between the baguettes. Top with the dressing, red onions and rocket. Sprinkle with a little more black pepper and serve.
