- 1 lb. cubed steak
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 soup can water
- 5 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced crosswise
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cut steak into strips and flour lightly on both sides.

2Heat 2 tablespoons cooking oil in a large skillet.

3Brown steak on both sides.

4Pour off excess fat.

5Add potatoes, mushroom soup and one can of water.

6You may add more water if too thick.

7Stir to keep mixture from sticking and simmer for 30 minutes over medium heat. You can also add chopped onions.
