- 1 Tbsp. reduced-calorie oleo
- 2 Tbsp. low sodium Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 lb. sliced mushrooms
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 4 (4 oz.) beef tenderloin steaks
- 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 c. brandy
Directions

1Combine oleo and Worcestershire sauce in a large skillet. Place over medium heat until hot.

2Add mushrooms and onions.

3Saute until tender.

4Place steak between plastic wrap and flatten to 1/4-inch thickness.

5Spread 1 1/2 teaspoons mustard on one side of each steak.

6Cook steaks, mustard side down, 4 minutes over medium heat.

7Spread 1 1/2 teaspoons mustard on top side, then flip.

8Cook 4 minutes or until desired doneness.

9Lightly pierce steak with forks.

10Pour brandy over steaks, cover and simmer 1 minute.

11Spoon mushroom mixture over steaks.
