  • sirloin, rib, porterhouse or T-bone steak
  • 1/4 lb. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. red wine
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. Accent (m.s.g.)
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Melt butter and mix in remaining ingredients.

    Brush on each side of steak and marinate 1 hour or more.
