- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 lb round steak (or similar cut)
- 1 granny smith apple
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1/2 cup celery (chopped)
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- cooked rice (enough for 5)
Directions

1Cut steak into bite sized pieces, and trim off excess fat.

2Saute until no longer pink.

3Drain off oil.

4Add all other ingredients.

5Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer at least 20 min.

6Serve over rice.
