- 1 or more tender steaks (ribeye, Filet Mignon, porterhouse, etc.)
- garlic salt or powder
- seasoning salt
- black pepper
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- butter
- onion
- parsley
- cooking wine
Directions

1Sprinkle steaks lightly with salts and peppers.

2Place in skillet one pat of butter for each steak.

3On medium heat, fry on each side until lightly brown.

4Place chopped onion and parsley on top of steaks.

5Pour in about 1 tablespoon of wine for each steak. Cover and simmer until cooked to your taste.
