Ingredients

  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 1/4 c. flour
  • 6 c. water
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp. beef bouillon
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
  • 2 c. chopped carrots
  • 2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 20 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 lb. ground beef, browned and well drained

Directions

    Make roux from oleo and flour.
