- 1 large onion
- 1 large green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- pinch of oregano
- 4 minute steaks
- 2 slices Mozzarella
- salt and pepper
- 2 (12-inch) sub rolls
Directions

1Slice onion and green pepper thin.

2In a large frying pan, heat oil; add onion, green pepper and sprinkle with a little oregano, salt and pepper.

3Cover and simmer until tender.

4Cut frozen steaks in thin strips.

5Push onions and pepper to one side; add 1/2 of the steaks.

6Cook until almost cooked.

7Cut 1 slice cheese in 1/2 and lay on top of steak to melt a little.

8Cut sub roll open.

9Spread with mayonnaise or butter.

10Put steak and cheese on, then some onion and green pepper.

11Close roll and cut in 1/2.

12Repeat for second roll.

13Makes 4 (6-inch) subs.
