Ingredients: 1 pkg. chuck fillets; 1 1/2 c. ketchup; 1 1/2 c. water; 1 small onion, chopped; 1 small green pepper, chopped; 1/8 tsp. seasoned salt; 1/8 tsp. garlic salt; 1/4 tsp. black pepper; 1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce; 1/4 tsp. A.1. steak sauce; 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil

1 pkg. chuck fillets
1 1/2 c. ketchup
1 1/2 c. water
1 small onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
1/8 tsp. seasoned salt
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. A.1. steak sauce
4 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Directions

Brown steaks in oil on both sides.

Drain thoroughly and place in baking dish.

Mix together all of the other ingredients in a large bowl and pour over steaks.

Bake, uncovered, in oven at 350° for 1 hour.

Serve over hot, cooked rice.
