  • 1/4 cup Chinese black vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Shaoxing wine
  • 2 tbsp granulated garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Himalayan pink salt ground in salt mill
  • 1 1/2 stick butter melted

    get grill hot charcoal and wood

    spray grill will nonstick spray
