- 1/2 head purple cabbage, chopped
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 vegetable bouillon cube
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Directions

1Saute the onion in olive oil until translucent.

2Add the water and bouillon.

3Add the cabbage and raisins.

4Cover and cook for 15 minutes until the cabbage is tender but not overly cooked.

5Stir in the apple cider vinegar before serving.
