Steamed Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 c. water
  • 1 c. wine
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 tsp. each: rosemary and tarragon

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in skillet except salmon.

    Simmer for 10 minutes.

    Add salmon fillets and cook on medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily.

    Remove to a serving platter.

    Drain vegetables and place on top of fillets.
