- 2 c. water
- 1 c. wine
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1/2 tsp. each: rosemary and tarragon
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in skillet except salmon.

2Simmer for 10 minutes.

3Add salmon fillets and cook on medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily.

4Remove to a serving platter.

5Drain vegetables and place on top of fillets.
