  • 1 lb. beef stew meat (bite size)
  • 1 medium onion, cut up
  • 4 oz. baby carrots, cut in half
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 large can tomato juice
  • 1 small head cabbage, cut in small wedges
  • 4 or 5 medium potatoes
  • cayenne pepper (optional)

Directions

    Place all ingredients in a stew pot.

    Add additional water, if needed.

    Cook until meat and vegetables are tender.
