- 3 cans refrigerator buttermilk biscuits
- 1/2 to 1 c. ice cream
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Heat ice cream, butter, brown sugar and 1/2 cup white sugar over low heat.

3Cut biscuits into fourths. Roll in cinnamon and 1/2 cup sugar mixture.

4Fill pan.

5Pour the heated mixture over all.

6Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.
