- 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
- 3/4 stick butter
- 1/2 pkg. butterscotch pudding mix (not instant)
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans
- 2 to 4 Tbsp. raisins
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Grease an angel food cake pan with shortening.

2Put nuts and raisins in bottom of pan.

3Cut dough lengthwise in half.

4Cut each half into 6 pieces.

5Arrange in pan, then sprinkle with butterscotch pudding and cinnamon.

6In saucepan, mix the melted butter, sugar and brown sugar.

7Bring to a boil.

8Remove from heat and pour over dough.

9Cover pan with a cloth and let rise overnight (about 8 hours).

10Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

11Remove from oven and let set 2 to 3 minutes.

12Invert pan on plate and serve. Preparation time:
