  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 c. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 c. cold water

    Pour flour, 1 1/2 cups sugar, cocoa, soda and salt into a 9 x 12-inch pan.

    Stir with a fork.

    Form 3 wells.

    Pour oil in one, vinegar in one and vanilla in one.

    Pour cold water over all and stir.

    Combine 1/4 cup sugar and the cinnamon; sprinkle over top. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
