- 5 c. shredded cabbage
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
Directions

1Measure oil into wok (or large skillet).

2Add cabbage, turn heat to moderate and stir-fry for 3 minutes.

3Add sugar, salt, pepper and vinegar.

4Cook, stirring constantly until cabbage is tender but crisp, about 3 to 4 minutes.
