- 1 cup vanilla wafer, plus 1/4 cup
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 (1/3 ounce) package lemon Jell-O gelatin
- 12 cup boiling water
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 (8 ounce) package fat free cream cheese
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 ounce) carton whipped topping, thawed
Directions

1In a small bowl, combine wafers and butter.

3Bake at 325 for 10 minutes.

4In a small bowl, dissolve jello in boiling water.

5Cool for 10 minutes then stir in pineapple.

6In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheeses until blended.

7Gradually add pineapple mixture.

8Fold in whipped topping.

9Spoon into crust and chill 4 hours or until set.
