  • 1 lb. chicken strips
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 4 c. cut-up vegetables (broccoli, green onion, celery, carrots, mushrooms, yellow squash, green peas, etc.)
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
