- 1/3 c. cooking oil
- 2 tsp. finely chopped garlic
- 2 tsp. finely chopped ginger root
- 2 tsp. finely chopped green onion
- 1 1/2 lb. clams
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Put cooking oil in pan and heat.

2When the oil is hot, put garlic, ginger root and green onion in and stir for 10 seconds. Add clams and keep stirring for 5 minutes or until done.

3Add soy sauce and sugar and stir 10 seconds.

4Serve while hot.

5Great with spaghetti.
