- 2 large nectarines, peeled and sliced in 1/4-inch segments
- 2 tsp. ginger preserves
- 1/8 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
- 2 Tbsp. Mandarin Napoleon or Grand Marnier liqueur
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. peanut oil
Directions

1Mix the first 5 ingredients.

2In a cup, mix the liqueur and water.

3Heat oil to the smoking point in a wok, add the fruit mixture and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

4Pour into a bowl; stir in the liqueur mixture.

5Serve hot as a dessert or as a side dish for fish, pork, poultry or curry.
