- 10 oz baby carrots, scrubbed
- 7 oz green beans, trimmed
- 5 oz baby corn
- 4 oz snow peas, trimmed
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
Directions

1Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok on medium heat. Add the carrots; stir-fry for 5 mins.

2Increase the heat to high. Add the green beans, baby corn, snow peas and garlic. Stir-fry for 2-3 mins until just tender. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve immediately.
