- 1 pkg. chopped sirloin
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- flour
- salt
- pepper
- water
Directions

1Brown sirloin in butter.

2Put meat in a large bowl.

3Cut the meat into bite sizes.

4In a skillet, use 2 tablespoons oil; add 2 beef bouillon cubes to the oil.

5After the bouillon cubes have melted, add flour to thicken oil.

6(Use your own judgement on the amount of flour for gravy.)

7Put around 2 cups of water in the flour mixture.

8When the gravy thickens, pour over the moist meat. Serve.

9Best way to serve is with mashed potatoes with the meat.
