- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1 lb. green beans
- 4 carrots, julienned
- 2 green onions, sliced thin
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Heat oil in skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

2Add garlic and ginger and cook 20 seconds.

3Add beans, carrots and onions; cook, stirring, 2 minutes.

4Add water, soy sauce and sugar. Reduce heat to medium; cover and simmer 5 to 7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
