- 1 pkg. Oriental noodles
- 1 c. cooked and cooled rice
- 1/2 c. slithered carrots and celery
- 1/2 c. broccoli (if desired)
- 1/4 c. scallions
- 3/4 c. chopped chicken, pork or beef
- soy sauce
- powdered ginger or allspice to taste
- any other vegetable you like
- 1 tsp. oil
Directions

1In frying pan, stir-fry meat in oil over medium heat.

2Add soy sauce to taste, then add vegetables.

3Fry until tender, but not soggy.

4Add 1/4 teaspoon ginger or allspice.

5Continue frying, adding noodles and rice.

6Add a little more soy sauce and cook five more minutes.
