  • 16 oz. Old English sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cut crust from bread. Place 6 slices of bread in greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch cake pan. Brown sausage. Sprinkle shredded cheese on bread, then sausage. Top with other 6 slices of bread. Sprinkle rest of cheese on top.
