  • 6 to 8 slices bread, crusts removed
  • 2 lb. pork sausage, cooked and drained
  • 16 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. half and half
  • 6 to 8 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. French mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Place bread slices on bottom of 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan (spray with Pam first).

    Cover bread with cooked pork sausage.

    Sprinkle sausage layer with grated Swiss cheese.

    Beat eggs, milk, half and half, mustard and Worcestershire sauce together and pour over top of cheese.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour (tinfoil on top).
