Strawberry Bread

Directions

   Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.

   Mix dry ingredients and make a well in the center.

   Aside, combine strawberries, 4 eggs well beaten and applesauce.

   Pour liquid mixture into well and mix slowly until well blended.

   Bake for 1 hour at 325°.

   Makes 2 loaves.
