  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 box strawberry jello
  • 1 c. cooking oil (Crisco is best)
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. frozen strawberries
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 Tbsp. flour

Directions

    Put cake mix, flour and jello into mixing bowl; blend well. Add oil, milk and strawberries.

    Add flour and eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.

    Bake in two 9-inch pans for about 30 minutes at 350°.
