  • 1 box white cake mix (Duncan Hines)
  • 1 small pkg. strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 c. Wesson oil or other oil
  • 1 c. strawberry juice (add water if necessary)
  • 4 eggs, beaten

Directions

    Mix well the cake mix, Jell-O, oil and juice. Add beaten eggs and mix well. Pour into greased and floured oblong pan. Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes. Check with toothpick for doneness.
