  • 1 pkg. strawberry gelatin
  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 pkg. drained strawberries (find carton of frozen strawberries in freezer section)

Directions

    Add the oil, water and eggs one at a time to the first 3 ingredients.

    Beat 1 minute.

    Add the strawberries.

    Mix well. Bake in 2 round 8-inch cake pans at 350° until done.
