  • 1 box Duncan Hines white cake mix
  • 1 pkg. strawberry Jell-O, dissolved in 1/4 c. hot water and cooled
  • 1/2 c. Crisco oil
  • 1 pkg. frozen strawberries, drained (reserve juice for filling)
  • 4 eggs

Directions

    Combine cake mix and Crisco oil.

    Add Jell-O and mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating continuously.

    Stir in strawberries which have been thawed.

    Pour into three 9-inch round cake pans and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
