- 1 pkg. white cake mix
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
- 1/2 c. water
- 3/4 c. Crisco oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. frozen strawberries, thaw and drain
Directions

1Mix cake mix and Jell-O thoroughly; add oil and water.

2Blend well and add eggs, one at a time.

3Beat according to package (cake mix) directions.

4Fold in coconut, nuts and thawed, drained strawberries.

5Pour batter into tube (greased and floured) or 13 x 9-inch pan.

6Bake according to cake mix directions at 350° (maybe less).
