  • 2 c. frozen strawberries, completely thawed
  • 2 1/4 c. flour
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (3 oz.) strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Sprinkle marshmallows on bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine strawberries and Jell-O.

    Let set a minute.

    Combine rest of ingredients; pour batter over marshmallows.

    Spoon strawberry Jell-O mixture over the top.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
