- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 2 egg whites
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. fresh strawberries
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. whipped cream
Directions

1Mix flour, brown sugar and butter until crumbly.

2Stir in walnuts.

3Place in baking pan.

4Bake at 300° for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.

5Place 2/3 of the mixture in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

6Place egg whites, sugar, strawberries and lemon juice in a large, deep bowl.

7Whip with an electric mixer. Whip the cream until stiff.

8Fold into strawberry mixture.

9Spread over crumb mixture in baking dish.

10Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.

11Freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
